The payment of the order can be made safely by credit or debit card and PayPal.
Orders are prepared in 24-48 hours after payment is received and delivered through a courier service within approximately 2-5 business days. In the event that you need urgent or special shipments, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also pick up your order directly from the workshop, just contact me via email to arrange delivery.

5. Refunds and returns
All the pieces are handmade, so each one is different from the others which makes them unique and special.
Due to the pieces being handcrafted, the measurements and colors may vary without affecting the quality of the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within the next 14 business days, prior notice, by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The shipping costs associated with the return will be asummed by the buyer.
The object must be repackaged carefully and will be returned by transport service ensuring its content for the purchase value.
The refund or exchange will be made once the package reaches my workshop in perfect condition.
In the event that the merchandise has been damaged in transit.
Although merchandise is handled and shipped carefully to avoid damaging parts, there is the possibility that it may be damaged during the shipping process.
If this is the case, you should notify me as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com, mentioning the incident and attaching a photograph of the damage, within a maximum period of 3 days since you get your order.
You must send back the item (s) with its packaging and notify it by mail attaching proof of payment of the shipping amount, which will be returned once the damage is verified, then a new piece will be sent to you, free of charge.
